The 2nd Commemoration of Publishing AI Art & Aesthetics Research Meeting

“Artificial Intelligence Art and Aesthetics Exhibition” is the name of the exhibition organized by the Artificial Intelligence Art and Aesthetics Research Group (AIAARG) and the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University (OIST), and was held at OIST for 67 days from November 3rd 2017 to January 8th 2018 in collaboration with Goethe-Institut Tokyo. This exhibition was a comprehensive art exhibition on the theme of artificial intelligence (AI), and was the world's first large-scale exhibition including exhibitions of 34 items of artworks, 4 music concerts and 8 research symposiums with emphasis on aesthetic perspectives. This book is a bilingual Japanese and English exhibition record edited by AIAARG, gathering the latest knowledge in 2019.

The 28th AI Art & Aesthetics Research Meeting will be held at NADiff a/p/a/r/t, a bookstore in Ebisu, Tokyo from 7pm on Sunday, the 16th of February, 2020 as the 2nd Commemoration of the Publishing, consisting of two parts; Part 1 Lecture by Koichi Takahashi (RIKEN. Whole Brain Architecture Initiative.) and Part 2 Talk inviting Yoko Sugiura Nancarrow (Madame Conlon Nancarrow, composer. Archaeologist.) with Gen Igarashi (NADiff), Hideki Nakazawa (AIAARG) and Mika Kusakari (AIAARG).
