もとみやかをるは1996年にホームページを創設し、2011年に内容とデザインを一新し、2018年に生前最後となる更新をおこなった。残されたサイトでは、美術作品は全19個のプロジェクトに分類されている。
MOTOMIYA Kaoru launched her website in 1996, completely redesigned and renewed its content in 2011, and made its final update during her lifetime in 2018. On the website she left behind, her artworks are organized into a total of nineteen projects.

備考 / Notes

• 本人によるサイトは（おそらく）2018年の更新の時点で、もとみやかをるの表記が全てなかざわかをるに書き換えられ、映りこんでいるワークショップ参加者や見物人の顔が全て隠されました。
  On the artist's website, in what was most likely its final update in 2018, every occurrence of the name "MOTOMIYA Kaoru" was replaced with "NAKAZAWA Kaoru," and the faces of all workshop participants and visitors appearing in the photographs were obscured.
• 本人によるサイトはある時点から、テキストデータと画像データの組み合わせによる通常の構成ではなく、文章も写真もレイアウトが固定した1枚のビットマップデータとして作られています。解像度が大きくなく読みにくい箇所もありますが、敢えて修正はおこなわず、そのままとしています。
  From a certain point onward, the artist's website was no longer constructed in the conventional manner using separate text and image data. Instead, both the text and photographs were incorporated into single bitmap images with fixed layouts. Although the resolution is not sufficient and some passages are difficult to read, they have intentionally been left exactly as they are.
• 本人によるサイトには、年代や作品名、展覧会名、リンク先等に、誤記と思われるものがいくつか見受けられます。しかし敢えて修正はおこなわず、そのままとしています。
  The artist's website contains what appear to be a number of typographical or factual errors in dates, artwork titles, exhibition titles, and hyperlinks. These have intentionally been left uncorrected.
• 特に「WORKS-INDEX」の頁では、「Trace the Skin」であるはずのところが「Self Sphere」となっています。後者も確かにこのプロジェクトの（「環世界」的な）コンセプトをよく表しているので、もしかしたら改称を考えていた可能性もあります。敢えて修正はおこなわず、そのままとしています。
  In particular, on the "WORKS-INDEX" page, the project that should presumably be titled "Trace the Skin" appears instead as "Self Sphere." Since the latter also aptly expresses the project's Umwelt-like concept of a self-defined sphere of existence, it is possible that the artist had been considering renaming it. Here again, the original wording has intentionally been left unchanged.
